ABOUT THE FARM
Quality begins at the farm. In 2009, Abana Coffee started developing a 300-hectare plot of land near the village of Gera. While several critical factors play a roll in sustainably producing specialty coffee, Abana quickly found that by prioritizing the people, environment, and community, the quality of the coffee improved.

Coffee is one of the most complex beverages consumed; it has more aromatic and flavor compounds than wine. Producing coffees where these delicate shifts of flavor can be experienced is Abana’s passion.
